Don’t Just Take Our Word For It…

Thorne Travel
James was a pleasure to deal with. He always seemed genuinely interested when you had questions. Nothing seemed like a bother. He gave suggestions based on his experience of travelling to our destination which always helps. I had never used Thorne Travel before however based on this experience I will definitely return.

Lucy at Thorne Travel
Lucy made my experience of booking a package holiday so easy and straightforward! she also gave great recommendations on activities to do, restaurants to eat/drink at and managed to get me a great deal for the hotel i’d picked. Will definitely book with Lucy again! I had never used Thorne Travel before however based on this experience I will definitely return.

Absolutely fantastic service from Lucy…
Absolutely fantastic service from Lucy yet again! From start to finish, everything was handled so professionally and made completely stress-free, she is so helpful and always on hand to answer any questions, going above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I feel completely looked after and confident that everything is taken care of. Our holiday was amazing, and a huge part of that was down to the care and attention we received when booking with Lucy. I honestly couldn’t recommend Thorne Travel highly enough and will definitely be booking through them again for our next holiday. Thanks again Lucy 🤩☀️🏖

Absolutely fantastic service!
Absolutely fantastic service! We used Thorne Travel for our return coach journey from Airdrie to Southampton and they were terrific from start to finish. We were very pleasantly surprised to receive water, crisps, sweets and hand made breakfast boxes. A real personal touch from John. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them.

Another fab holiday with Thorne Travel
Another fab holiday with Thorne Travel. Wanted something different. Thorne arranged a trip to Prague / Vienna / Budapest and Berlin. Planes trains and automobiles. Great hotels, stunning cities and loads to do and see. Plenty of advice as required from the Thorne staff who take on the more difficult aspects of travel and make sure you have a smooth adventure as opposed to trying to book everything yourself. We look forward to our next adventure through Thorne and chatting to the lovely staff. Thank-you!l

Katie was amazing from start to finish
Katie was amazing from start to finish with booking my holiday. We wanted to do 3 USA destinations but we were unsure on which and Katie has no issues with giving us a few other quotes. Any queries I had Katie was always there on hand to answer them. The location of all 3 hotels were the absolute best we couldn’t ask for anything more. I’d have no hesitations to book with Katie again.

A dream from the beginning
The quality of customer service and friendly staff made my holiday a dream right from the start. Having actual people to talk to who have so much experience just makes the whole process of booking a holiday easier! It will definitely be the only way I book a holiday from now on. Team Thorne Travel is the way to go!
